Russell Rothchild

Russell Rothchild is an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions professional with 16 successfully closed global M&A deals to date. Most recently he executed a private equity roll-up of U.S. electronic medical record (EMR) SaaS companies in the behavioral healthcare industry, growing revenues of the acquired business over 1100%, increasing EBITDA from -63% to +16%, and earning investors a Return on Investment of 412%. For the 10 years that EMR Ventures ran and grew the acquired businesses, Russ served as CEO. EMR Ventures provided Electronic Medical Record software and Medical Billing services to private and group practices, prestigious universities, substance abuse facilities, county and state agencies, and hospitals around the country.
Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Columbia University, and recently completed a certificate program at MIT in Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy.
